Coaching is a one-on-one session between a qualified health and lifestyle coach and client.

Department Services offer the opportunity to deliver health promotion serivces within the department setting.

The goal of these department based services is to encourage work colleagues to explore and learn of ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle in a supportive, group setting.

The Health4U Resource Library (H4URL) contains a collection of reading materials to help with your continuing education as we encourage you to redefine the way yoU think about health.

Healthwise Knowledgebase

Healthwise Knowledgebase is provided through a partnership between Michigan State University’s Health4U Program, Human Resources, and the University Physician’s Office.

Access to Healthwise Knowledgebase is limited to faculty, staff, graduate student employees, retirees and the spouses/partners of members of these groups.

Healthwise Knowledgebase is intended to be used as a source of personal health information. Healthwise Knowledgbase information does not replace advice provided by your healthcare provider.

Healthy E-Mail Service

MSU Moves

The goal with MSU Moves is to encourage student, faculty, and staff and retirees on campus to measurably increase the amount of total physical movement they get on a daily basis.

NutritionMatters E-Message

The goal of NutritionMatters E-Messages is to interpret evidence-based nutrition information to help support normal eating in this diet-crazed world. See an example of a NutritionMatters E-Message. . .  

H4U E-Newsletter

Beginning January 2009 the Health4U Program will publish a quarterly health promotion newsletter targeted to MSU faculty, staff, graduate student employees, retirees, and the spouses/domestic partners of members of these groups.

The newsletter will provide up-to-date information regarding the service enhancements and the latest program developments. Focus articles will provide updates from the four Health4U focus areas.

Recipe for Health Project

University Housing Dining Services and Health4U have partnered to bring the "Recipe for Health" project to MSU faculty and staff.

U Can Quit. We Can Help.

A collaborative campaign between Health4U and Olin Health Center the to provide MSU faculty, staff, retirees, and students resources to stop using tobacco products.
