Eating for well-being

A shift in thinking is what it takes to enjoy the good eats that surround us each and every holiday.

I opened my email this morning on the last working day before Christmas to see the latest Family Meals Focus newsletter from the Ellyn Satter Institute. When, what to my wondering eyes should appear but my name on an article that I wrote a few years ago, and re-published for this holiday season. The message is timeless: enjoy your food, trust your body...or is it, trust your body, enjoy your food...in whatever order is most meaningful to you.
