Health4U offers departments various courses on the use of alcohol, nicotine, and other drugs with respect to the use of these substances as a health and wellness decision.  Health4U representatives may come to your department to educate your staff on a number of topics, including (but not limited to):

  • Learning how to tell the difference between low-risk drinking and "problem drinking?"
  • Finding out about the various nicotine cessation services available to MSU employees.
  • Gaining an understanding about how to have difficult conversations with friends, family members, or even employees (for managers) about their possible substance use.

If you are interested in bringing Health4U to your department, please contact us.  We'll be happy to talk with you about what you are thinking about, and come up with a plan to make it happen.
